IN-HOUSE LAB & ULTRASOUND SERVICES

In-House Laboratory Services

We are able to run the majority of our lab work right in the clinic. This helps provide the doctors with the information they need much faster so they can more accurately diagnose and treat your pet as quickly as possible.

Tests that are available include:  

• CBC (complete blood count)
• Chemistry Profiles - Kidney values, liver values, electrolytes, etc.
• Thyroid Levels
• SDMA levels - Early kidney disease detection tests
• Phenobarbital Levels
• 4DX Snap Tests - Test for Heartworm, Lyme Disease and other tick-borne diseases
• Feline Snap Tests - Test for FELV, FIV, and Heartworm disease in cats
• Complete Urinalysis 
• Fecals - including fecal egg counts
• Pro B-type natriuretic peptide (proBNP) levels and progesterone levels

Ultrasound Services

We use our ultrasound for both small and large animals. We are able to do pregnancy checks, look for things like bladder stones, and visualize masses.

We have a haul-in facility for our large animal patients, but we are also able to perform ultrasounds in the field.  ​
